Studio Time
​
Dont have space for a studio at home? Bedrock Studios is available to anyone who has taken a class at Bedrock Supply. Come in during store hours to work on your projects. We have a fully equipped Silversmithing Studio. We rent space by the hour, in time blocks or monthly.
If you are working on a deadline or plan to come in as a group of 3 or more people, please call 780-860-3080 or e-mail classes@bedrocksupply.ca in advance to ensure the studio will be available for your desired activity.

$10/hr Silversmithing
Time can be purchased in blocks:

10 Hours for $80 ($8/hr)

20 Hours for $140 ($7/hr) Studio time is non-transferable​​
Silversmithing Studio Time Includes:
​
Use of soldering torches, flux, buffs, basic polishing compounds, tools in the red tool boxes, hammers (including the specialty ones when requested), dapping and cutting tools, ring bender, shears, use of machines,polishers, foredoms, rolling mill, ultrasonic, steamer, wax injector, vulcanizer and kiln.
Does NOT Include:
Solder, sawblades, sandpaper, burs, drill bits, flex shaft accessories, lacquer, plating solutions and other consumables, centrifugal casting machine and personal one-on-one instruction.
Studio Guidelines:
Safety glasses and closed toe footwear must be worn and long hair must be tied back when using equipment (polishing motor, drill press, flex shaft tools, torches, etc).

Gloves cannot be used while polishing.
​
You may only use the equipment that you have been trained to use during Bedrock classes or from Bedrock instructors, regardless of past experience.
​
All tools must be wiped down after use as well as hand sanitizer used before use.
